I like this designer and i especially like the way the entire design has been laid out.

Overall I really like this design and the colours and effects used. i don’t know why the designer chose the letter ‘B’ but I would have used a different letter to show the different features that this serif has to offer.
I also like this design by that the designer made it look like this looks old and all fading which I think the designer got the correct idea by that the typeface was originally created in 1495 and then revived in 1929 which is a long time ago and I think this design suits that time period. This is one of my favourite designs and i would love to create an idea where I use a single letter and using the name of the typeface underneath the letter. I think that this is creative and I wouldn’t mind trying to do something like this for my idea but maybe I would change the colour scheme as the colour scheme in this design does look dull and it is not eye-catching at start. I really like this design by the way the designer used a book to explode all of the letters in the alphabet using the Bembo typeface. The only thing is, I think that this design is a bit too dull but although it does show a great example of different letters, capitals and numbers of what the Bembo typeface is like and to show that it is a common serif. I also like this design by that is it clean and the way he mainly used blue to keep to the colour scheme. I like the way in this design, the designer used the ampersand to show the thin and thick strokes which I think is a great example to use because it has the thin and thick strokes as well as it has the flicks on the end. I think the colours used in this design in perfect and I wouldn’t mind creating an idea like this as I find this type of design very interesting with all the differentiation of colours. I also like the way the designer used the letters that show this is a serif typeface. I extremely like this design using the Bembo Typeface especially the way the designer used negative colours on the background it self so that when the background is black, the text would come through white and so on. I think the colouring the text on the side red was a good idea as it brings the attention mainly to the name of the font used and what type of font it is. I also like how this design is effective when it is really clean as well as I like how the designer chose the letter ‘t’ to show how unique bembo is and the way that it started its trend of serifs. I like this design for the typeface ‘Bembo’ as well as I am inspired by the design by the way the black of the letter ‘t’ is coming off which makes it look like something is shredding it from its life. Although this is clean and is easy to read, I just personally think that the certain typeface (Bembo) should be used in a more old fashioned theme instead of a up-to-date type theme because Bembo was initially made and cut in 1495 and was published in a monotype corporation in 1929. I involved this poster into my research because it is clean and it shows the features that a serif type font gives away with the different thick and thin strokes in different lettering. The original Morison typeface contained only four weights and no italics.
